Being highly active in steel industry domain such as measurement instrument, line automation and slag recovery are our companies major focus.

During the last decades, Iran has been among the largest producers of Steel products in the world and this made Idesanat to be ready to involve in this attractive market.
Recently, Idesanat has proudly gotten a new request from one of the biggest steel plants in Iran, and also in Middle East, for supplying and importing online moisture monitoring of iron concentrate, which is a unique measurement system that will be installed on the conveyer belt in the pelletizing plant of steel company. 
It was followed by receiving a new request to evaluate the system design and supply online truck sampler for one of the steel plants in the country.

No doubt that Idesanat will continue striving for tightening our collaboration within the steel market internationally.

Below are a few items where our company maintained test equipment for:
Tumbler test, which will measure the Abrasion Resistance of Iron Ore Pellets, according to the ISO 3271 & ASTM 279.

Cold compression strength (CCS), which determines the crushing strength, according to ISO 4700.

Unload test, which is used for Determination of the reducibility index, final degree of reduction and degree of metallization according to ISO 11258.

Clustering test, which is for the Determination of the clustering index, according to ISO 11256.

Linder test, which will measure low-temperature reduction disintegration index and degree of metallization according to ISO 11257.
